About Texas Premier Lake Management
── lake and pond management
An Owner-Led
Texas Lake Management Company
Texas Premier Lake Management is an owner-led Texas lake management company providing lake and pond management across Texas — from stock tanks in ranch country to community lakes, golf course water features, and municipal stormwater ponds. Founded in 2024 and based in lake country north of Houston, we serve landowners statewide with one promise: when you hire Texas Premier Lakes, you're hiring the owner, not a route crew.
We handle the whole pond, under one roof. Aquatic weed and algae control, fish stocking, electrofishing and pond surveys, dock building, fountain and aeration systems, and new pond construction — six services, one company, one number to call. That matters in this industry, because a pond is a single connected system. The company that treats your vegetation should understand how it affects your dissolved oxygen, your forage base, and the bass you're trying to grow.
We're honest about our scale, because it's our biggest advantage. Texas Premier Lakes is a young, hands-on company, not a franchise with a dispatcher and a rotating cast of technicians. Every assessment, every treatment plan, and every install gets the owner's personal attention — and his phone number. You call the guy whose name is on the truck, and he answers.

── the founder
Meet Cameron Fourrier

Cameron Fourrier is the founder, owner, and the guy actually standing in your pond. Before launching Texas Premier Lakes in 2024, Cameron trained and worked under an established lake-management professional, learning the trade the right way — on the water, across hundreds of different waterbodies and water conditions, doing the assessments, treatments, stockings, and installs himself. When he founded Texas Premier Lakes, he built it around the way he was taught to work: look at the water first, tell the landowner the truth, and do the job like your name is on it. Because his is.
Cameron is a licensed aquatic applicator, and Texas Premier Lakes is fully insured — the two credentials that matter most when someone is applying treatments to your water or building on your property. He's also an equipment dealer for Airmax and Keeton Industries, two of the top names in pond aeration and fountain equipment, and he installs all major brands. That dealer relationship means you get professional-grade equipment specified for your pond, not whatever was on the truck.
What you won't get is a sales rep. Cameron personally runs the site visits, the electrofishing, the stocking deliveries, and the installs. Whether your goal is a trophy bass fishery or simply a clean, healthy pond your family can be proud of, he builds stocking plans built around your goals and management plans built around your water. No dispatcher. No call center. Just Cameron.
── four-step process
How We Work
Pond problems usually come from guesswork — somebody stocked bass before the forage base was ready, dumped a herbicide on an unidentified plant, or undersized an aerator for a Texas summer. Most of the calls we get are about fixing decisions that were made without ever looking at the water. We take the guesswork out of pond management with a plan built around your goals and your water, whether it's a half-acre stock tank or a community lake, and every job starts with the same four steps: a call, a site visit, a written plan, and documented work. Assessment comes first, every time, because the right plan starts with knowing what's actually in your water.
The Phone Call
It starts with a conversation. You tell us about your waterbody, what's going wrong or what you want it to become, and we talk honestly about whether Texas Premier Lakes is the right fit. No pressure, no script.
The Site Visit
Cameron walks the property and assesses the water in person. Depending on your goals, that can include water quality checks, vegetation identification, or an electrofishing survey of your fish population. You can't manage what you haven't measured.
The Written Plan
You get a clear, written recommendation — what we found, what we recommend, and why. No vague verbal quotes, no mystery line items. You'll understand exactly what's happening in your pond before any work begins.
The Work, Documented
The work gets done, it gets documented, and we follow up. Lake management isn't a one-and-done service; healthy water is the result of decisions that get checked and adjusted over time.

Our Commitment to
Texas Landowners
A pond isn't landscaping. In Texas, it's where kids catch their first bluegill, where the cattle water, where the whole family ends up on a summer evening. We treat every waterbody as a legacy asset — something you're building for the next generation, not just the next season. Our brand promise says it plainly: casting unforgettable memories for generations to come.
That commitment is grounded in Texas realities. Our summers push ponds toward oxygen crashes, our droughts pull water levels down, and our invasive plants don't take a year off. Managing water here takes someone who works in these conditions every week — and who plans for August in February. From the Montgomery County lakes around our home base to ranch ponds across the state, that's the job we signed up for.
It also means stewardship over sales. If your pond doesn't need a treatment, we'll tell you. If a smaller fix solves the problem, that's what goes in the written plan. A management company earns trust one honest recommendation at a time, and we intend to be managing Texas water for a long time to come. Your goals, your water — our job is to get them working together.
